Do you provide cleaning materials?

We provide all our own cleaning equipment when you book an end of tenancy , steam or carpet cleaning service. For domestic cleaning, the client provides their own materials as we feel that the use of cleaning products in the home is a very personal choice.

What hours do you provide you’re cleaning services?

Our cleaning services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

How long do I need to leave my carpets to dry out after I have had a carpet cleaning service?

The average carpet takes between 2 and 4 hours to dry. This time may increase for carpets with a thick pile or where extra cleaning has been required on very dirty carpets. Our cleaning engineers will let you know the optimum time for your carpets.

What if I am not happy with the cleaning service?

In the unlikely event that you’re not happy with the cleaning service we have provided please notify us within 24 hours and we will return and re-do the clean without charge. Complaints after 24 hours will not be considered.
