Cleaning is charged at an hourly rate and is carried out according to an agreed schedule. Regular cleaning duties could include:

• Washing and ironing

For complete home help, our housekeeper service is also available whilst additional steam cleaning can remove deep down dirt from carpets and furnishings.

Our process

Every Cleaner Cardiff contract starts with a telephone conversation discussing your requirements so that we can match the right cleaner to your needs. If for any reason you would prefer to change your assigned cleaner you can do so at any time.

Additional charge.

If your assigned cleaner is ill or on holiday then Cleaner Cardiff make sure another cleaner carries out their duties.
You will also have access to a cleaning manager who can discuss any concerns with you and help you to decide which services would be best for you.
