End of Tenancy Cleaning Cardiff

A professional cleaning service matching landlords’ requirements

All letting contracts include the requirement to thoroughly clean the premises when the contract ends. Some contracts stipulate that the clean has to be carried out by a professional cleaning company; others will allow you to clean the premises yourself. In either event, landlords and agents have exacting standards that have to be met to avoid losing part of any deposit.

Cleaner Cardiff is experienced in carrying out end of tenancy cleans and our cleaners are fully trained to ensure that the work is carried out to the required standard. If the landlord or agent has provided an extensive list then we will work to that set of requirements, otherwise our cleaners will comply with our checklist set out below.

We provide all our own cleaning products and machines including the use of a steam cleaning machine to ensure maximum cleanliness in kitchen and bathroom. Carpet, curtain and upholstery cleaning are not included in our standard price but we would be pleased to quote for steam cleaning these items.

Important please read

The customer is to ensure that our cleaners have hot running water and electricity in order for them to clean properly. If ladders are required then this must be stated at booking.

Fridges and Freezers should be emptied and turned off prior to our arrival so we can clean them.

Cleaners are not permitted to hang out of windows.

Cleaners are not permitted to undertake any additional works unless the office has been informed and authorisation has been given. Additional cleaning tasks may incur a further charge.

End of tenancy cleaning does not include the cleaning of ceilings, curtains, carpets and upholstery nor does it include washing up or laundering. If you require these services please notify the office on booking so this can be included in our quotation.

If our cleaners have to pick up keys from a third party address prior to starting work, there will be an additional £10 charge.

We require a parking space for one vehicle, or metered parking is to be paid by the client in order for us to carry out our End of Tenancy Cleaning service.

Should a complaint arise, Cleaner Cardiff is to be informed within 24 hours to enable us to swiftly resolve any issues. Any complaints after this time will not be considered.
We require a deposit of 40% of the total amount payable. This deposit is non refundable should you cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled End of tenancy cleaning.
