Moving into a new home, whether rented or bought, is generally supposed to be one of the most stressful times in your life. Although you install your belongings, there is always a period of time when you feel that traces of the previous inhabitants have been left behind. Making your home your own can be speeded up by a thorough and professional clean before your move in.

Cleaner Cardiff offers steam cleaning for bathrooms and kitchens which blasts 120 degree steam killing all bacteria, grease and dirt and leaving them feeling fresh. We also clean all surfaces including cupboards, windows, skirting boards and floors. If you are buying carpets with the property we can steam clean these as well to remove all deep down dirt.

If you are moving into your home after the builders have been at work then our after builders cleaning service will remove all traces of building dirt and grit.

Moving out clean

When you move our of your property, coping with packing, last minute arrangements and moving into your new home is enough without having to turn round and clean your old home for the last time.

Cleaner Cardiff’s friendly team will move into your home as you move out, cleaning it from top to bottom and leaving it ready for the next occupants.

Rented property

Most tenancy agreements require a full professional clean at the end of a tenancy period. Cleaner Cardiff offers a full End of Tenancy cleaning service to meet the standards required by landlords and agents.

Our standard service doesn’t include the cleaning of ceilings, curtains, carpets and upholstery. If you require these services or washing up and laundering services they can be provided for an additional fee.

Important please read

The customer is to ensure that our cleaners have access to hot running water and electricity in order for them to clean properly. If ladders are required then this must be stated at booking.
If Fridges and Freezers are to be cleaned they should be emptied and turned off prior to our arrival. Cleaners are not permitted to hang out of windows.
Cleaners are not permitted to undertake any additional works unless the office has been informed and authorisation has been given. Additional cleaning tasks may incur a further charge.
If our cleaners have to pick up keys from a third party address prior to starting work, there will be an additional £10 charge.
We require a parking space for one vehicle, or metered parking is to be paid by the client in order for us to carry out our Move In Move out cleaning service.
Should a complaint arise, Cleaner Cardiff is to be informed within 24 hours to enable us to swiftly resolve any issues. Any complaints after this time will not be considered.
We require a deposit of 40% of the total amount payable. This deposit is non refundable should you cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled Move in Move out Clean.
